Quality Street Properties commenced operations in the Cape Town City Bowl area in 1993 as a boutique residential sales and rentals agency and is proudly a member of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa.
The business made its humble beginnings by founder Rosemarie le Grange when she set it upon herself to start the business from home with one rental property, as a single mother. From this date forward the business grew from strength to strength, weathering market changes, economic ups and downs and ultimately now being one of the longest-running and most well-known real estate businesses in Cape Town City Bowl.
